scenic Routes to Ofland
Flying in? Knoxville is the closest airport to the hotel. Nashville, Charlotte, and Atlanta are each a hub for a major airline. Once you’re there, it’s a short drive to our doorstep.
Whether you’re flying then driving or just driving in, here’s the best driving routes from each!
-
Foothills Parkway
Downtown Maryville
The closest city to our hotel! Swing through Maryville for a coffee, then take the Foothills Parkway the rest of the way in. Some of the best Smokies views you'll get without leaving your car AND the shortest drive time.
-
Burgess Falls State Park
Cumberland Mountain State Park
Break up the drive and stop in Crossville for a walk around Cumberland Mountain State Park's lake, then stretch your legs at Burgess Falls, just 15 minutes off I-40, where a short trail takes you past four waterfalls before you finish the drive in.
-
Ruby Falls
Tennessee Riverwalk
Take I-75 North and break up the drive in Chattanooga, right about the halfway point. Duck into Ruby Falls or stretch your legs along the Tennessee Riverwalk before the last stretch into the mountains.
-
Blue Ridge Parkway
Asheville
Take I-40 West and stop in Asheville about halfway through. A short cruise on the Blue Ridge Parkway or a walk through downtown Asheville makes for a good break before you cross into the Smokies.
